We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of everyone who interacts with us — whether online, by phone, by text, or in person.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information, and explains your rights and choices. It applies to our website at www.capstoneinsurance.health, our GoHighLevel-powered forms and landing pages, our SMS and email communications, and any other interaction you have with Capstone Health.
Please read this policy carefully. By using our website or submitting your information to us in any form, you agree to the practices described below.
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly and information collected automatically when you visit our website.
When you visit our website, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect:
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third-party marketers or lead aggregators for their independent marketing use.
By submitting your information through any form on our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a landing page, or any other Capstone Health intake form, you expressly consent to being contacted by a licensed Capstone Health insurance agent regarding Medicare insurance options. This consent covers contact by telephone (including mobile phone), email, and SMS text message.
Consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CMS marketing guidelines effective January 27, 2025, your consent is specific to Capstone Health only. We do not transfer your consent to third-party sellers or lead generation companies. You are not required to provide consent as a condition of purchasing any insurance product or receiving any service.
You may revoke your consent to be contacted at any time by:
Capstone Health operates SMS messaging through GoHighLevel, Twilio and RingCentral for the purpose of appointment reminders, follow-up communications, educational content delivery, and Medicare enrollment guidance. All SMS messaging is conducted in compliance with A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may receive this information only as necessary to operate Capstone Health’s messaging program. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is collected only when an individual checks the SMS consent checkbox or completes another documented opt-in. Submitting a website form without checking the SMS consent box does not enroll the individual in recurring text messages.
By opting in to receive SMS communications from Capstone Health, you may receive the following types of messages:
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Capstone Health by submitting your mobile phone number through one of our website forms, landing pages, or lead forms and checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox. You may also opt in by texting us directly, which constitutes your consent to receive a response via SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your stage in the Medicare planning process and your interaction with our content. You may receive up to several messages per month depending on your enrollment timeline and engagement with our communications.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Capstone Health does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send you a final confirmation message and remove you from all active SMS sequences immediately. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in.
If you need assistance with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@capstoneinsurance.health or (727) 339-0456.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent data are not shared with third parties for their independent marketing or SMS purposes. Mobile opt-in data is not sold, rented, or transferred to any external party for marketing use.
By providing your email address and submitting a form on our website or through a lead form, you consent to receiving email communications from Capstone Health. These may include educational emails, Medicare guides, webinar invitations, appointment confirmations, enrollment reminders, and other Medicare-related content.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out of email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails (such as appointment confirmations) may continue regardless of marketing email opt-out status.
Our email communications are managed through GoHighLevel. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act in all email communications, including clear sender identification, honest subject lines, and a working opt-out mechanism honored within 10 business days.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
