Schedule Your Medicare Review

A Simple Three-Step Process to Review Your Medicare Coverage

Scheduling your Medicare review is simple. Before we discuss specific plan options, we first need your permission to contact you. From there, you will share a few details about your doctors, prescription medications, current coverage, and healthcare needs so we can prepare for a more productive conversation.

Unlike unsolicited Medicare calls, you control this process from start to finish. Each step is designed to help Capstone Health understand your situation before you meet with a local, independent Medicare agent.

Watch the short video below for an overview, then follow the three steps on this page to begin your review.

The information you provide helps us prepare for your appointment and does not enroll you in a Medicare plan.

Schedule Your Medicare Review — Here’s How It Works

Your Medicare plan shouldn’t be reviewed because something went wrong. It should be reviewed to make sure everything is still going right. A Medicare Annual Review helps make sure your current plan still fits your doctors, medications, budget, and changing healthcare needs. And unlike the spam calls flooding your phone, this process starts with you.

Meet With Your Local Medicare Agent

Step 1: Give Us Permission to Contact You

Because Medicare has strict rules about how agents can contact you, we need your permission before we can discuss your plan options. Click below to share your name and contact information and give Capstone Health permission to reach out.

Once you submit, the confirmation page will include a link to Complete Intake Form — a short form that tells us your ZIP code, current medications, and doctors so we can check plan availability, coverage, and costs before we ever speak.

This gives Capstone Health permission to contact you about your Medicare review.

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Healthcare

Once you submit your permission form, your confirmation page includes a link to Complete Intake Form. This is where you tell us the important details we need to review your Medicare options properly.

What We’ll Review

📍

Your ZIP Code

Medicare plan availability can change by county and service area.

💊

Your Medications

We check drug coverage, pharmacy options, and estimated prescription costs.

🩺

Your Doctors

Provider networks matter. We review your doctors before discussing plan options.

❤️

Chronic Conditions

If applicable, we review whether a Chronic Special Needs Plan may fit your situation.

Step 3: What Happens Next

Before we ever speak, we review your assessment personally. That means when we talk, we already understand your situation — no generic pitch, no wasted time, and no guessing about your doctors or medications.

The goal is simple: a focused conversation about what actually fits you.

Plans Change. Your Medicare Agent Shouldn't.

Your Medicare coverage deserves more than a one-time enrollment. Whether you're reviewing your plan during the Annual Enrollment Period, Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment, or simply want a second opinion, we're here to help you make informed decisions—not just this year, but every year.

✓ Local Independent Medicare Agency
✓ Licensed Since 2005
✓ Annual Medicare Plan Reviews
✓ Medicare Advantage, Medigap & Part D Reviews
✓ No-Cost Medicare Reviews
✓ Serving Tampa Bay & Medicare Beneficiaries Throughout Florida
Many annual reviews end with the recommendation to keep the same plan. The goal isn't to change your coverage every year—it's to make sure you understand your options and remain confident your current plan is still the best fit for your needs.

When Can You Change Your Medicare Plan?

If your Medicare plan no longer fits your needs, there may be specific times during the year when you can make a change. The right option depends on your current coverage and whether you qualify for an enrollment period.

October 15 – December 7

Annual Enrollment Period

This is when most people can review and change their Medicare Advantage or Part D prescription drug plan for the following year.

January 1 – March 31

Medicare Advantage OEP

If you are already enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan, you may have one opportunity to switch plans or return to Original Medicare.

Life Events

Special Enrollment Periods

You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you move, lose certain coverage, gain or lose Medicaid, your plan changes availability, or become eligible to enroll in a Medicare Special Needs Plan (SNP).

Learn More About Medicare Special Needs Plans →
Plan Changes

Plan Termination

If your Medicare Advantage or Part D plan is discontinued, you may have a special opportunity to choose different coverage.

Moving

New Service Area

Moving to a different county or ZIP code can affect which Medicare Advantage and Part D plans are available where you live.

Additional Opportunities

Medicaid, Extra Help & SNP Eligibility

Some beneficiaries qualify for additional enrollment opportunities because of Medicaid status, Extra Help, or eligibility for certain Medicare Special Needs Plans.

Important: Not every situation allows you to change Medicare plans. Before making any decision, it's important to confirm your enrollment period, review your doctors and prescriptions, and understand how the new plan works in your area.
