Medicare Experience Built Around Education and Advocacy
Will began his Medicare career in 2005 as a captive insurance agent. That experience gave him a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement insurance, prescription drug coverage and the challenges beneficiaries face when navigating Medicare for the first time.
In 2014, Will became an independent Medicare agent and founded the agency that would become Capstone Health. The decision was based on a simple belief: an agent can provide stronger guidance when coverage recommendations are not limited to one insurance company.
Today, Will helps New Port Richey, Pasco County and Tampa Bay residents review Medicare coverage based on their doctors, prescriptions, hospitals, budget, travel needs and healthcare priorities.
Will operates Capstone Health with his wife, Jessica, as a local family-owned agency. The goal is not merely to complete an enrollment, but to become a dependable resource clients can contact when questions or coverage problems arise later.
Clients work with a local agency that understands their community, healthcare providers and regional Medicare market. They are not transferred to a national call center or expected to begin again with a different representative every time they need help.
