Before becoming licensed in 2023, Jessica spent years working beside Will and learning how Medicare clients should be served. She answered calls, scheduled appointments, coordinated seminars and community events, managed client communication, supported marketing efforts, and built many of the behind-the-scenes systems that helped Capstone Health grow.
That experience means she understands more than the enrollment process. She understands the importance of follow-up, organization, communication, advocacy, and continued service after a client chooses a plan.

Why Advocacy Matters
Jessica Learned Firsthand That Healthcare Requires an Advocate
When Jessica and Will’s son Lincoln was young, he experienced serious medical complications that required several surgeries and extensive care. Navigating that experience taught Jessica that patients and families cannot always assume every answer will come easily or every concern will be addressed without persistence.
She learned to ask questions, follow up, understand the available choices, and continue advocating when something did not feel right. That experience shaped how Jessica views healthcare and how Capstone Health serves its clients today.
Lincoln is doing well today, and Jessica credits faith in God and a willingness to fight for what he needed. The experience remains a powerful reminder that healthcare decisions are personal and that every person deserves someone willing to fight for them.
Medicare insurance is different from hospital care, but the principle is the same: clients deserve clear information, careful review, and an agent who takes their concerns seriously. Jessica brings that advocacy mindset to each client relationship.

Jessica’s role has grown alongside the agency—from early administrative support to licensed agent, client advocate, and agency leader.
Helping Build the Agency
Jessica was born in New York and raised in Pasco County. She chose to build her family, career, and community connections in the same area Capstone Health now serves.
From the agency’s early development in 2014, Jessica helped keep the operation moving. While Will met with clients and developed physician and community relationships, Jessica handled scheduling, client communication, event coordination, seminar logistics, marketing support, and many of the day-to-day needs required to operate a growing agency.
Her steady leadership helped Capstone grow without losing its commitment to personal service.
From Operations to Licensed Agent
Years of working alongside Will gave Jessica a practical education in Medicare plans, enrollment processes, compliance, provider networks, client communication, and post-enrollment service.
In 2023, she became officially licensed, allowing her to expand her role and work more directly with Medicare clients. Her experience is distinctive because she learned the business from the inside before adding the agent license.
Today, Jessica continues overseeing customer service, marketing strategy, event planning, agent support, and internal operations while also assisting clients as an independent Medicare agent.
