Who We Are
Capstone Health is a family-owned independent Medicare insurance agency based in New Port Richey, Florida. We help people throughout Pasco County, Tampa Bay, and across Florida compare Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D prescription drug plans with honest education, personalized recommendations, and year-round support.
As independent Medicare agents, we compare plans from multiple insurance companies. Our recommendations are based on your doctors, prescriptions, healthcare needs, and budget—not a sales quota or pressure to recommend one carrier over another.
Our relationship does not end after enrollment. We remain available when questions arise, healthcare needs change, or it is time to review your Medicare coverage for the coming year.
Our Story
Capstone Health was founded by Will and Jessica Smith, longtime Tampa Bay residents who chose to build their agency in the same community they serve.
Will began his Medicare career in 2005 and became independent in 2014 after recognizing that clients deserved access to more plan options and guidance that was not limited to one insurance company.
From the beginning, the goal was never to become the largest agency in the region. The goal was to become one of the most dependable. That means clear plan comparisons, consistent annual reviews and being available when questions arise—not just during enrollment season.
Jessica helped build the operational foundation of Capstone Health, supporting client service, marketing and the systems needed to care for clients year-round. As the agency grew, she also became a licensed agent, strengthening the family-owned approach behind the business.
As Capstone Health continues to grow, the mission remains the same: support existing clients exceptionally well while building a team of Medicare agents who follow the same relationship-driven model.
