Capstone Health is a family-owned Medicare insurance agency based in New Port Richey, FL, serving clients throughout Pasco County, the Tampa Bay area, and across Florida. We believe Medicare decisions should be guided by education, honest comparisons, and year-round support - not pressure. As independent brokers, we compare Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Part D plans objectively, helping clients choose coverage that fits their doctors, prescriptions, and budget. Our commitment doesn't end at enrollment. We provide annual reviews, ongoing guidance, and support when healthcare needs change. At Capstone Health, our focus is simple: clear advice, dependable service, and doing Medicare the right way.

Capstone Health was founded by Will and Jessica Smith, longtime Pinellas and Pasco County residents who chose to build their agency in the same community they serve. Will began his Medicare career in 2005 and became independent in 2014 after recognizing that clients deserved broader plan access and truly unbiased guidance.

From the beginning, Capstone was designed differently. The goal was never to become the largest agency in the region but one of the most dependable. That means transparent plan comparisons, consistent annual reviews, and being available when questions arise; not just during enrollment season.

Jessica helped build the operational foundation of the agency from day one, overseeing client service systems, marketing, and internal organization. As the agency grew, she became licensed to further strengthen Capstone’s ability to support clients directly. Even their son proudly serves as the “agent in training,” learning what it means to serve the community with integrity.

As Capstone Health continues to grow, the mission remains the same: support existing clients exceptionally well while training agents to follow the same relationship-driven model. Growth should never come at the expense of service and at Capstone, it doesn’t.
