How Does Capstone find the best plan for clients?

  • We'll collect basic information

    We need some information like address, doctors, medications and plan type preference. We'll do some homework to see what options are available that have what you're looking for.

  • We'll schedule an Appointment

    We can meet in person, over the phone or online. Capstone can show you all of your Medicare options in one appointment.

  • We'll complete the enrollment

    After all questions have been answered and the client feels comfortable, we'll complete the enrollment but we haven't gone anywhere. We offer year round support.

  • We'll provide an Annual Review (Every Year)

    Every year we reach out to our clients to ask some questions. Then we're able to compare new Medicare plans, review provider networks and analyze prescriptions to see if we need to make a change.
