Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith is a co-founder of Capstone Health and the operational backbone of the agency. Born in New York and raised in Pasco County, she chose to build her life and career in the same community the agency now serves.

Since Capstone’s early development in 2014, Jessica has managed the day-to-day operations that keep the agency running smoothly: overseeing scheduling, client communication, seminar coordination, marketing initiatives, and internal systems. While Will focused on serving clients in the field, Jessica built the structure behind the scenes that allowed the agency to grow responsibly.

Although she was not originally licensed to assist directly with Medicare enrollments, she gained years of practical experience working alongside Will; learning plan structures, enrollment processes, and the service expectations clients deserve. In 2023, Jessica became officially licensed, allowing her to further support Capstone’s expanding client base.

Today, Jessica oversees customer service, marketing strategy, event planning, and agent support. Her attention to detail and commitment to professionalism help ensure that every client interaction reflects the agency’s core values: education, integrity, and year-round support.

Capstone Health was not built overnight and much of its stability and reputation are rooted in Jessica’s steady leadership behind the scenes.
