Will Smith is an independent Medicare broker and the principal agent of Capstone Health, based in New Port Richey and serving clients throughout Pasco County and the greater Tampa Bay area. With over 20 years of experience in the Medicare market, Will specializes in helping individuals turning 65, retiring from employer coverage, or reviewing their current Medicare plans.

Will began his career in 2005 and became independent in 2014 after recognizing that true client advocacy requires access to multiple carriers and plan options. As an independent Medicare agent, he compares Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Part D plans objectively – matching coverage to each client’s doctors, prescriptions, and budget.

Raised in Pinellas County and now living in Pasco County with his wife and their son, Will has built Capstone Health around a simple principle: Medicare decisions should be guided by education, not pressure.
